Lesley brings warmth, compassion and a non-judgemental approach to every session, working alongside clients to share skills and knowledge aimed at improving their wellbeing in a meaningful and sustainable way. She enjoys drawing out the strengths of her clients and building on these, using a number of different types of therapy. Her goal is to help a client grow toward a place of confidence and peace. Whilst she is broadly experienced in psychotherapy for most presentations, Lesley has particular interest in working with clients with ADHD. For adults, she can offer life coaching and skills building, whilst child and adolescent clients – and their families – will benefit from strategies to best enable the individual to succeed in education and live well.
Her comprehensive Educational Assessment and report offers recommendations for follow-up support around giftedness or difficulties, including learning program recommendations and parenting support. Through educational assessment, she can identify:
 learning disabilities,
 strengths and/ or support needs and
 giftedness.

Lesley holds a Master of Professional Psychology.
