Sasha Miles is a clinical psychologist who works part-time at Rose Park Psychology. She has a positive and cheerful approach to her work

Clients may enjoy Sasha’s warm and playful approach to sessions within the bounds of clear assessment treatment planning. She believes clients should leave every session with clarity about their treatment journey and skills to target their concerns. Sasha also believes goal setting to be essential to treatment planning and regularly reviews these with clients throughout the therapy journey.

Sasha draws on skills in Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment theory, Self-Compassion therapy and Social Skills Training to help clients meet their therapy goals.

She has expertise in the assessment and treatment of anxiety-based disorders. Sasha also has extensive experience in the youth drug and alcohol sector and draws on this knowledge in her psychological work with clients experiencing drug and alcohol and gaming addictions.

Sasha has a particular interest in supporting teens, adults and older adults experiencing challenges with:
